Preamble

1.º These general conditions of sale are agreed between Balanço Crocante Lda., Estrada da Chainça, nº 74, 2040-354 Rio Maior, NIF:  516796950  headquartered at Estrada da Chainça, nº 74, 2040-354 Rio Maior  tax identification number 516796950 and contact +351 T 910 345 643 (call to the national mobile network), hereinafter referred to as “Central“ and people who wish to make reservations, through the website www.central-santarem.pt hereinafter referred to as “User”.

2.º The parties agree that reservations made through the website www.central-santarem.pt are regulated exclusively by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.

 

Article 1 - Purpose

1. The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information to the User about reservations made on the website www.central-santarem.pt.

2. These conditions regulate all the necessary steps to make the reservation and guarantee its follow-up between the Contracting Parties.

 

Article 2 - Reservations

1. The User completes his reservation by completing the reservation process presented on the website www.central-santarem.pt, indicating the necessary information.

2. To send your reservation, the User must:

a) Complete the information and choose the options available to you throughout the booking process (name, surname, telephone and email)

3. The final confirmation of the reservation by the User is equivalent to the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded, and is effective after payment of the same .

4. Central will honor reservations received online only up to the limit of available capacity. In the absence of product availability, Central undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.

5. After our validation of the reservation, the client will receive a confirmation email or sms.

6. An alert system for bookings can be activated, sending a timely alert to the User's  reservation.

 

Article 3 - Prices

1. Prices are in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force at the time of payment.

Article 4 - Reservation Cancellation

1. In the absence of indication by the user, and his non-attendance at the time and day defined, a tolerance of 15m is defined on the reservation time, the reserved table becoming available for other uses.

2. If the User is unable to attend for the reservation made, a timely notification to the Central through the communication channels Email (geral@central-santarem.pt) or telephone (+351 T 910 345 643 – call to the national mobile network).

 

Article 5 - Privacy Policy

The processing of user data is carried out in compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data. The same, subject to computer processing, will appear in the Central's database(s) and are intended for the registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them.
Its provision is optional and is guaranteed, under the terms of the law, the right of access, rectification and cancellation of any data that directly concerns you, personally or byr in writing, directly to the address on the homepage of this website.
